ExpertOS · beta terms

Use the marketplace with clear limits.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These terms describe the current ExpertOS beta. By submitting a skill, creating agent access, or invoking a paid endpoint, you agree to these operating rules.

Beta service

ExpertOS may change, fail, or remove features while the product is being tested. Availability, review time, ranking, and continued listing are not guaranteed.

Skills and submissions

You must have the right to submit the content and must not include credentials, personal data, confidential material, malware, or instructions that bypass authorization. You give ExpertOS permission to store, scan, review, reproduce, and display the submission to operate the marketplace. A passed scan or approved listing is not an endorsement, warranty, or safety guarantee.

Agent access and safety

You are responsible for your agent, API keys, wallet, permissions, spend limits, inputs, and outputs. Only the agent payment path is supported; the website does not connect a wallet or sign transactions. Keep keys out of prompts and client bundles. Inspect third-party instructions and require human confirmation before payments, publishing, deletion, messages, trades, or other consequential writes.

Payments

A paid endpoint discloses its price through an HTTP 402 challenge before settlement. Network transactions can be irreversible. Payments currently settle to the platform treasury; automated creator revenue sharing, creator payouts, and a self-service refund system are not yet available.

Prohibited use

Do not use ExpertOS to break laws, violate rights, probe accounts without permission, distribute malware, evade safeguards, steal data, manipulate payments, or interfere with the service.

No professional advice or warranty

Skills and outputs can be wrong. ExpertOS does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or security advice. The beta is provided as available, without a promise that a skill is accurate, safe, fit for a purpose, or continuously accessible.
